Opening Prayer

Eternal Father, when the chariots of Pharaoh came after the exodus children of Israel, they panicked. Help me not to lose trust in You when I get scared, confused or am against the wall. Give me the faith to know that Your outstretched arm will carry me through moments of fear, worry or crisis, and new opportunities will open when darkness closes around me. I do not seek signs and wonders, Lord God – I simply want to believe more in the Resurrection of Your Son Jesus and know that His Spirit lives and moves within me and that You are walking with me. Increase my wisdom and faith and my trust in You, as the Faithful and Fatherly God.
