Your Lenten Journey
Show your devotion to St. Therese with a gift before Easter Sunday.
During the Lenten season, our journey of repentance and denial leads to the joy and celebration of Easter – a joy even sweeter given the sacrifices of Lent.
Together, with our eyes fixed above, we are sustained during Lent through the reassuring presence of Jesus. His everlasting love strengthens us to act as He would act, making sacrifices for others as we deny ourselves.
St. Therese reminds us that, “Our Lord never asks for sacrifices above our strength.” It is in her example and “Little Way” of living that we strive to show devotion to our Risen Christ.
As you prepare your heart for Easter, please share a sacrificial offering in honor of St. Therese to help further her mission to “make God known and loved to the ends of the earth.” Your gift allows your Carmelite brothers and sisters to help poor children, families, and elderly men and women here at home and around the world.
As a blessed member of the Society of the Little Flower, we would be honored to remember your prayer intentions at the Easter Novenas of Masses, beginning on Sunday, April 9th.
Gratefully in the Little Flower,
Fr. Tom Schrader, O. Carm.
