Opening Prayer

You are Father, Son, and Spirit, and so much more, Holy God. You always reveal Yourself in a cloud because of the mystery which is beyond human understanding. Humble us to never think that our limited human minds can understand you. The glimpses You give us are fascinating and confusing. No wonder, we, who are created in Your image, are both confusing and fascinating. You are a community of Persons. Empower us to reflect Your interactive energy by the way we relate with each other. In Jesus, You clear the cloud so that we know You as merciful, gracious, forgiving, embracing and rich in kindness. In Him, we share Your interactive life. Even though we sometimes don’t like triangles and get stiff-necked in our sinfulness, please continue to embrace and receive us as Your own. Give us reverence for the mystery of You, and the mystery of all people created in Your image.
