Opening Prayer
God of Mercy and Love, we are grateful for the gift of life today. Thank you for all the blessings and challenges You give us. Listening to Your Word in Exodus, help us to see all the experiences of our lives as “passover moments’, like the children of Israel — times when you call us to grow and change and become closer to you and our brothers and sisters. Listening to Jesus in the Gospel, guide us to discern how to follow Your laws, so that they serve the establishment of Your Kingdom. Give us the grace like St. Therese, to trust the power of your merciful love. This we ask in the Name of Jesus, our Brother, Savior and Lord.
