Opening Prayer
Jesus, I love Your outstretched arm and welcoming firm hand! You are taking us from bondage and sin into the freedom of God’s life. Your fingers have written God’s love in our hearts. Your holy arms have embraced us in a holy covenant that lifts us up. I feel like a child uplifted in parent’s arms, learning to fly. As You called Your apostles to the heights of Your mountain, so send us forth to proclaim Your saving presence everywhere we go – and expel demons which cripple, diminish or destroy others. I love walking hand in hand with You, Jesus. Help me to keep up with You!
