I pray for good mental health. I suffered a lot of loss, that caused this. My job puts me on slow shifts, that makes it worse for me. They hired too many people and I get evening shifts which are not good for me, because I need to keep busy. I pray Jesus heals my mind. My mind works too quickly and over thinks and then I get caught in thoughts that bother me. I pray to somehow be able to think positive. Its been very hard for me. Please St Therese, guide Janis the HR lady to give me busy shifts. Im sad and do not want to be on shifts, where I have nothing to do. Amen
