Opening Prayer

Good and all-embracing God, our beloved St. Therese echoed your love and Paul’s letter when she taught us that “everything is grace”. Give us the faith today to believe and see Your face in everyone we meet, and your touch in everything that happens. Empower us to plumb the depths of our experience to see, know, love, and be moved by You. Break down the artificial boundaries we create about who is holy and who is blessed by You. Help us celebrate how numerous are Your children, embraced by Your strong, endless, and embracing arms. May Your Spirit inspire us to speak our faith openly and witness to the wonderful ways You are moving through our lives. Strengthen us not to be afraid of what other people think, but to speak and live the truth You have spoken in our hearts.
