Opening Prayer
Your message is terrifying! Are You really going to treat us the way we treat each other? Save us from the darkness we project on others. Empower us to trust you and your goodness working in others as well as within me. Keep us faithful to the journeys you call us on. Keep us open to new challenges and blessings. Even when we get old, tired, settled and comfortable, make us responsive to new movements of spirit, into new lands of promise. Keep Your restless Spirit alive and breathing in us.
