Opening Prayer
Holy God, You are the River of Life. Crystal clear You flow through our history and experience, creating life. Enable us to use Your gifts of life and nourishment. Mark our foreheads with Your Name and be the light shining in the deepest levels of our existence. Cast away all darkness and all that prevents us from seeing You face to face. We need your help not to be entrapped by the glamour and resources of this world. Save us from being addicted to our own emptiness. Be the strength we need. Fill us, Holy God. Immerse us in Your divine life, in the Name of Jesus, Your Son and our brother.
